Hitachi Energy Finland's entire personnel gathered face-to-face for the first time for a summer personnel party. An atmospheric harvest festival was held in the scenic pavilion of Åminne, near Vaasa.
The goal was to strengthen the we-spirit and the feeling of togetherness, and to thank the personnel for the fast-paced start of the new company. Appreciation, respect and cooperation were the starting points for planning the event.
A rich and diverse range of performers, a wonderful milieu, delicious food served during the harvest season, and versatile working together created a uniquely successful atmosphere for the harvest festival.
Feedback from the event was excellent. The event significantly strengthened the spirit of togetherness: the average score was 4.4 on a scale of 1–5. The success of the event as a whole was evaluated with an average score of 4.4.
